I work at Telepreformance for 2 years doing customer service work as an insurance agent for 2 years Telepreformance is a call center that helps other companies adn United Healthcare was one of them so, what I did was help clients with their bill and claims and benefits letting them know that their benefit was going to cover a surgery or not.

I went to Eastern Florida State College got my degree in Business Adminstration and now currently going to school for Bibical studies at Houston Baptist University getting my Bacholars degree.
