Fourteen months selling gym memberships, averaging 17 a month at $129 to $179 in monthly dues. A lot of those leads I made myself by walking into local businesses and getting the owners to host Nike events. I also build AI automation on my own, so I can talk a business through a technical product without an engineer on the call.

Founder, AI Automation at Alta Virtus (2026-02 – Present)

• Build and sell AI automation to small businesses. Mostly n8n workflows and AI agents wired into whatever tools a business is already running.
• Do all of it myself: building the lists, the cold outreach, the discovery calls, scoping, and the proposals.

Membership Sales at Nike Running Studio (2024-03 – 2025-04)

• Averaged 17 new memberships a month for 14 months, about 235 total, at $129 to $179 in monthly dues. That put roughly $2,200 to $3,000 of new recurring revenue on the books every month.
• Sold four ways: cold calls, walk ins on the studio floor, going business to business in the area, and events I set up myself.
• Got 4 or 5 business owners to let me run a Nike booth or event out of their space. Each one brought in 10 to 12 leads that were never going to walk in on their own.

Independent Instructor, Budokon Mobility and Yoga at Self employed (2019 – 2024)

• Taught classes and ran workshops on my own. Found my own students and set my own schedule.
• Ran the workshops out of martial arts gyms. Budokon mixes martial arts with yoga, so their members were already the right crowd for it. Went to the owners directly and worked out use of their floor and class times.

Construction, Framing, and Facilities at Ushko Construction, Workhorse Renovations, St. Teresa Catholic Church (2025-05 – 2026-02)

• Wood framing, renovation work, and grounds maintenance. Took these to keep income steady while moving from Texas to Florida.
