Providing national support and guidance to five partner organizations encompassing over 2,000 users. Troubleshooting and configuring Cisco core networking devices such as switches, routers, ASA Firewalls, Meraki security appliances, and Meraki wireless access points. Subject matter expert for Meraki, Cisco Identity Services Engine, and Ivanti Connect VPN. Daily use of Python automation and REST API. Checkpoint and Palo Alto firewall access control.
