I am seeking a position in the non-profit or for profit sector that focuses on addressing social justice and equity for diverse individuals and communities as well as the success of individuals and teams. I would like to use my skills in Executive Management, Leadership, Finance, Team Building, Learning Development and Project Management.
Non Profit Founder. Develop and implement fundraising and sustainability strategy. Lead on developing and maintaining donor base and volunteer base. Identify funding opportunities to secure grants and other sources of funding, including grant writing and grant management.
All office operations and program operations. Track annual budgets, managing donations, and reporting for key stakeholders, including donors, Board of Directors, and others. Identify opportunities for program expansion, media creation and dissemination, community events coordination, environmental action, arts and culture, and activist relationships.
Work closely with Board of Directors to develop strategic plans and operational systems to implement programmatic goals as organization grows. Identify and develop partnerships with other organizations with intersectional missions. Outreach and recruitment of participants and community members.
Identify opportunities for dissemination of non-profit culture and perspective through presence at mission-related forums, events, and conferences. Act as a lead organizer for sponsored events. Board of Directors management and selection, staff supervision and management.
Maintain website and social media presence. Develop relationships with media outlets, local, state and federal political representatives. Stay current in relative federal and state legislation in related social and environmental justice issues.
Be the face and voice for all representation.
