I am currently overseeing a team of fifteen officers Responsible for training, counseling, and discipline •Scheduling interviews and hiring .I'm responsible for making a weekly schedule as well as a daily schedule of assignments and posts revealing and correcting daily reports.

I also handle workers compensation claims. I work closely. with a safety committee to reduce overall liabilities for the entire company.
