I am a Seasoned IT Professional, with over 15 years of providing Tier I - Tier III Information Technology Administration, Systems Support, Infrastructure Management, Service Desk Management, and Field Service. Additionally, as Service Desk Manager for 4.5 years, I was responsible for creating and implementing a Training Program for the BIA Service Desk and administering it to each of the New Hires over the past three years, as well as maintaining the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Bureau of Indian Affairs Service Contract that we worked under.
I have previously worked at IntelliTec College in Colorado Springs for a year, where I taught CompTIA A+, Server +, Network +, Security +, and ITIL Foundations to Adult Learners and Former Military Personnel. In addition, I taught all variety of Computer Classes, including CompTIA courses, Cisco CCNA, and Computer Repair for 10 years at a Vo-Tech School in Oklahoma.
I am fully knowledgeable and able to teach all aspects of Windows, up to and including Windows 11, including MS PowerShell, Networking Infrastructure, and Apple Mac OS.
