Process Operator - MPW (plant)

- Monitor HMI by start up and shutdown procedure
- Daily HMI inspect (experience only) to check database whether or not the water flow low or high
- Troubleshoot compressor pump, reverse the pump by connect two line in different route
- Respond to any incident occur, CPR ready for emergency
- Follow plant operating procedures and PPE requirements
- Forklift operator: understand the destination line/area (only certification) know which trailer to input the tank
Operator - Cleaning Habors (Chevron Phillip, Valero, Motiva)
(2016-01 - 2020-01)
- Responsible for area cleaning, safety work environmental
- Cleaning all the bundles in the oil tanks by hydro blast the bundle using water, soap, chemical to clean the tank depend requirements
- Report on any oil leak procedure to protect from oil spreading in the water, using boom oil cleaner put it in water to suck all oil up
- Using Oil pad if any minor/major leaking in the ground or in the water
- Experience with steam turbine, including start up, show down and LOTO for maintenance
- Assist turnaround team for future turnaround work, including building, work package, and construction
Process Operator - PSC Group (DOW)
(2024-12 - 2025-01)
- Knowledge operating reformers, heat exchangers, fire heaters, pumps, turbines, fin fans, columns and other process equipment
- Knowledge with startups, shutdown, and emergency shutdown for turnaround work including clearing out process, LOTO, pressure testing equipment, and recommissioning
- Monitor the performance of plant equipment and process conditions, read flow meters, and temperature and pressure gauges while taking routine sounds
- Assist turnaround team for future turnaround work including, building work packages, walking down P&ID's and inventory count of equipment that will be used
- Walking down work packages including verify locks, blinds, QA/QC have been complete and marking down P&IDs to show position of line up before start up operation
