I’ve been in the food and service industry for about 9 years. I spent 3 years as meat cutter at the Fresh Market, and then I transitioned into restaurant work at Rock n Sake on Metairie road. Furthermore I worked my way up from dishwasher to line cook and then eventually sushi chef, Im currently now the head sushi chef and I’ve been employed by this current company for 6 years. My roles as head sushi chef range from preparing all prep needed for service as well as leading a team and creating a dynamic for the restaurant
