Hello! A little about myself, I found my passion for HR during my time at WSUV and have been enjoying HR ever since! I'm hoping to go to grad school for a masters in organizational psychology and am looking forward to helping senior management maintain the best possible relationship with the labor force.
Out of WSUV I got a job as a recruiter. Shortly after I was pouched to be a HR coordinator at PrimeFlight where I grew to become a HR generalist and maintained a station of 400 plus employees. Unfortunately I was laid off, took time to myself and since then I have been looking at contract work to broaden my horizons and gain experience across different industry's. Currently I am looking for a HR role in a government/non-profit organization.
BS of Science in Psychology, working on my SHRM certificate and hoping to start grad school at PSU in fall 2025.
