With over 25 years of experience in HR leadership roles, I have a proven track record of growing and transforming start-ups and established companies into some of the best places to work, by strategically aligning HR with business objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and empowering employees to reach their full potential.

At Humantics, I lead and manage all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and culture development. I have successfully implemented and executed world-class HR programs and operations domestically and internationally, achieving more than $4 million in annual savings through automation and redesign of transactional processes, and inspiring more than $3 million in efficiency suggestions from employees at all organizational levels.

I hold a MA in HR Development and Management from Webster University, and I have multiple certifications in talent sourcing, change management, and inclusive leadership. I am passionate about learning new skills, staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in HR, and sharing my knowledge and expertise with others.
