I have just got my documents a month ago that would allow me to work here in USA . Previously, I worked for more than 13 years as a customer service in the Philippines for telecommunications company in USA.
I was a technical support. Programming phones using different data base system base on the networ, processing sales, providing compensation to customer. I have spent 5-6 years in our Executive Resolutions Department. Later I have the privilege to work at Number Portability.
I'm only a high school graduate. The trainings that I have got from last two companies excels far more than completing a bachelors degree.
