Edward Zinkil

I’m a construction professional with hands-on experience managing residential and commercial renovation projects, including interior buildouts, structural upgrades, and high-end finish work.

My background as an owner-operator has given me a strong foundation in field supervision, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control across occupied and active jobsite environments. I’m highly detail-oriented and experienced in keeping renovation projects organized, safe, and moving efficiently.

I’m currently seeking a Superintendent or Project Management role with a general contractor where I can contribute immediately on-site while continuing to grow within a structured construction organization.

Owner / Construction Superintendent for over 20 years
