Eileen Kang

I am currently enrolled as a part time student with online classes. I graduated Lockport Township High School in 2021 and want to enroll in the surgical technician program around next year. I am passionate about fashion and beauty, but also achieving goals like getting my degree and moving out.

I love people and creating relationships. I have been with my current job for a year with Starbucks. This job has taught me that I love communicating and connecting with people and that would be amplified with this job.

I previously have had experience working as a server, sales associate and currently a barista at Starbucks. I want to replace my current jobs because of hours and pay. I have worked in quick pace environments and am super flexible when it comes to work.

I also attend school, but because my classes are online, I have mostly open availability even though my title is part time. I am extroverted and good with people and have learned to multi task from my year expierence at Starbucks, I love a fast moving and hard working environment.

Graduating from high school in 2021, I straight went into JJC to complete my general education for a Business degree in the fall of 2021. After the spring of 2022, completing my first year of community college, I got overwhelmed and overstimulated with the work and school life balance after buying my first car. So, I took a year off of school which I am currently in at this moment.

But, I plan to take two or three online classes back at JJC to complete my general education for my surgical tech program in the future.
