Mechanical Engineering has brought me into several industries. Most of my experiences include storage management and design for Schlumberger through the use of CAD modeling and Controls engineering for General Motors.

Schlumberger | Lead Consulting Engineer Nov 2019 – Present

Bucharest, Romania – Abu Dhabi, UAE – Juffair, Bahrain – Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Team Lead in engineering Consulting, final deliverables generation, and project management.

• Liaised with client’s wellsite representatives, location operator, and line management.
• 12-hour daily client communication through email, phone, and in person to finalize projects and contracts as well as used CRM software to manage all relationships with customers.
• Designed and implemented CREO surface design inventory projects across Romania and KSA, including tool racks, battery storage, and cabinets.
• Lead teams in Romania, Bahrain, and KSA and provided outstanding performance to our clients.
• Designed and 3D printed parts for smart tools including bolts, nuts, retaining rings, and o-rings.
• Audited and analyzed AutoCAD , SolidWorks, and CREO projects implantation in Europe & KSA.
• Tested products and software versions on the field until full commercialization, while providing technical advice to internal and external clients.
• Improved Inventory management using CREO to efficiently design storage solutions.

Istanbul, Turkey

 Utilizing AutoCAD and CREO for Drawings while presenting final designs to clients.

• Analyzed AutoCAD blueprints and produced mechanical drafts with project management team.
• Designed parts using CREO taking into consideration the Geometric tolerances per part, including washer rings, chain links, and spur gears.
• Designed final products based on written specifications and part details.

Beirut, Lebanon

Working with Lead CAD Engineers and aided in vehicle diagnostic, and component analysis.

• Final project: Aided in the CAD assembly of a Porsche Cayenne V8 engine, while 3D printing missing parts as in nuts, bolts, and rubber gaskets as per GD&T provided by Porsche Munich.
• Using SolidWorks/ANSYS to design and analyze engine components for 3D printing and testing.
• Installed engine components while being supervised by management.
