I am a motivated, detail oriented training professional with 40 years of Quick Service Restaurant experience. I have a strong background in operations and food safety. I have worked in the Food Service Industry for 40 years. I have held varied positions over my career, from RGM to Field Training Leader to Area Coach. I have been a food safety auditor and I have been responsible for opening new restaurant locations.
I hold a BA in Education from Wichita State University. I am a certified Food Safety Instructor and teach ServSafe in a classroom setting, as well as teach hands on food safety in the restaurant environment. I am competent in all Microsoft Applications.
