Ellie Salmon

I am a graduate from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor's in Human Development and Family Studies. I currently work with Meijer and Wood County Educational Service Center. I was inspired to work with children from my mother who is a elementary school teacher for Maumee City Schools.

I also was an intern for Wood County Educational Service Center spring 2024 and worked there before and after school program. I also volunteer with Perrysburg Height's community association during the summer of 2023. I did crafts and activities with the children.

I also would play with the children when we took them out for recess.

I helped children with there homework. I would play board games and do crafts and activities with the children. I would also color with the children. I also would make sure the children knew it safe for them to come to me with any problems they have with other children or stuff going on at home. I also play tag or hide and seek with children at recess. I also do a app called success maker with the children where they have to do 20 minutes of reading or math.
