I have had the fortune of working alongside many different seasoned Attorneys who possess decades of experience in many different arenas. • Special Counsel Team for Florida Housing Finance Corporation, assisting with commercial loan document and contract preparation for largescale low-income housing loans for multi-unit developments throughout FL, with multiple Senior loans closing simultaneously
• Preparation of due diligence checklists and document checklists for large-scale transactions consisting of multiple loans; collaborating with multiple parties on transactions to collect diligence and meet deadlines for closing; reviewing diligence items including but not limited to Partnership Agreements, Corporate Certificates, surveys, title reports, title policies, corporate searches, ground leases, permits, builder agreements, etc., and cross referencing loan documents and tailoring subordinate loan documents
• E-filing of documents using Simplifile; UCC searches; official records searches; Sunbiz research
• Preparation of development transfer documents pertaining to Florida Housing encumbrance
• Preparing agreements for Community Development District representation 
• File intake and opening
• Time-keeping using Centerbase for billing and invoicing
• Transcript preparation 
• Managing multiple real estate transactions per day for purchases, refinances, and sales of residential properties, condominiums, and newly constructed properties
• Reviewing purchase and sale agreements, Trust agreements and certificates, amendments, addendums, tax certificates, plot plans/surveys, and title reports
