I am an attorney, entrepreneur, and business strategist with a background in litigation, corporate law, and intellectual property protection. As the Founder and General Counsel of Emikeni Inc., I have led high-stakes legal matters, managed corporate compliance, and successfully launched innovative consumer products. With experience in litigation financing, municipal law, and brand protection, I thrive at the intersection of law and business, helping companies navigate legal challenges while driving growth.

I hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from New York University School of Law, where I developed expertise in litigation, IP, corporate law, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, I earned an MBA from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), equipping me with strategic business insights that complement my legal expertise. Prior to that, I obtained a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University, graduating with a 3.9 GPA and making the Dean’s List (2007–2010).
