I am an experienced corporate attorney with close to 20 years of experience with general corporate matters and transactional work including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial transactions and fund management, as well as corporate governance work. I have worked in diverse settings from large law firms to a small in-house legal department, in every case coordinating with business interests and internal and external stakeholders.

I have been a corporate attorney at medium and large international law firms based in New York to currently the In-house legal department of an SEC registered investment manager.
