I’ve spent the last 8+ years transforming chaos into clarity across healthcare, government, technical, and retail spaces through journey maps, service blueprints, and a touch of design magic to create experiences that work for humans.

From leading research to blueprinting better ways of working, I thrive where complex systems meet real human needs. I bring curiosity, creativity, and a low-key obsession for impact whenever I’m collaborating with data scientists, presenting to execs, or running workshops with sticky notes flying.
