I am an experienced help desk/Service Desk technician with over 7 years of experience under my belt. I am proficient in most basic troubleshooting practices as well as some advanced. I also perform hardware swaps and assembly of desktops as a hobby and can also perform some basic hardware swaps on laptops as well.
I have performed many IT duties in mostly call center type environments, and have limited hands on experience with data center equipment.
All of my relevant experience has been either on the job or performing on my own as a hobby.
