Answered and directed incoming calls to the appropriate personnel. Assisted visitors with questions and information and directed them to the appropriate offices. Utilized metered mail for post by different departments. Helped maintain the lost and found. Assisted various departments when extra help was needed including processing student surveys and a variety of requests by Continuing Education.

Vernon College – Tutor Aug 2012 – May 2014

Assisted students in the PASS Center who needed help in various subjects. Used Excel to assist in record keeping and statistics on student visitors. Used the POISE system to look up schedule information. Proctored exams for students who required accommodations.
