I have a master of science in counseling psychology and am actively working as an online mental health coach with both private clients and clients through Betterup.

I have extensive experience both with teaching and coaching. For over the past 20 years I have been both a professional dressage instructor and a health coach, specializing in mental health coaching.

I just completed a coaching intensive practicum through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
