With a Master’s degree in Development Evaluation and Management, and Development Economics from Belgium-Antwerp University, and an IT Diploma, he has spent the last 17 years working with various international organizations, including the UN, NGOs, and universities served as an international evaluation, research and program manager, implementing monitoring, evaluation, research and impact measurement methods across development programs in Africa, Asia, and Europe. He specialist in designing online survey using ODK, Kobo and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data using Python, STATA, SPSS, and Nvivo.
With a 17-year professional journey, I have worked at national and international levels across diverse organizations, including the United Nations, international NGOs, research institutions and universities. As a Monitoring, Evaluation and Research senior specialist, I have led the development of comprehensive monitoring, evaluation and research methods, quantitative and qualitative data survey (Qualtrics-online survey platform) and analysis for measuring project/programs outcomes and impacts at global, regional, country and organization levels. Total, I have led the setup and implementation of digital monitoring, evaluation, and research methods for 26 projects/programs, and conceptualized, designed, and implemented 37 portfolio/project evaluations, baselines, research and impact measurements (RCT, IV, PSA) in sectors like health, education, gender, climate/resilience, livelihood, and micro-finance.
I oversaw project planning, risk assessment, budgeting, and ensured financial compliance. Managed 5 projects implementation, coordinated team members, conducted 5 financial feasibility studies and led 6 grant proposals writing, carried out 4 marketing research.
