I am responsible for overseeing the loan process from initial communication with borrowers/brokers to date of loan funding. Size and underwrite deals at the property-level to ensure all potential loans fall within lenders standards and constraints. Review client PFS & SREOs to ensure lender's guidelines are met at the borrower and guarantor levels. Generate Concept Memo and LOI write- ups for each loan utilizing market research, property and borrower-related information. Communicate with EVP, Credit Administrators, Underwriters, Processors, Relationship Managers, Legal, Compliance, Environmental, and Appraisal teams on a daily basis to ensure deal flow for loans in process is running smoothly and any potential issues that arise are addressed promptly. Hire new potential loan officers and create training programs to address skill gaps in new employees. Develop on-boarding programs for new employee sand evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking. Personal pipeline of over 55 loans funded and $175MM+ in Commercial and Multifamily volume in 2020 and 2021.

I have a State of California Real Estate License
I have a State of Florida Real Estate License
