Evan Hansen

I've always enjoyed understanding how businesses operate and finding ways to make them work better. Growing up, I helped at my family's bowling alley in Waukesha and later worked for a local catering company, experiences that taught me the value of teamwork, customer service, and adapting in fast-paced environments. Those experiences led me to pursue a degree in Business & Entrepreneurship at Lawrence University.

Today, I'm building on that foundation as a Business Architecture & Implementation Intern at Quad, where I'm gaining hands-on experience in project management, process improvement, and AI-driven initiatives. I'm excited to continue learning, solving problems, and finding opportunities to make a meaningful impact wherever I work.

Business Architecture & Implementation Intern at Quad (2026-06 – 2026-08)

• Sit in on stakeholder meetings and help map out how work flows across teams
• Conduct waste walks and 6Sigma initiatives to find ways to make things run smoother and faster
• Support process-improvement projects that support cross functional workflows

Trivia Master at Great Midwest Trivia Contest (2026-01 – 2026-01)

• Wrote 35 original trivia questions for the contest, balancing difficulty and subject variety
• Answered constantly ringing phones for 50 straight hours, logging team answers in real time
• Coordinated question delivery to the hosts' livestream while managing the phone lines
• Hosted several hour-long blocks live on stream — running AV equipment while reading questions and keeping players entertained

Prep Cook & Server at Chef Jack's Catering (2019 – 2025)

• Prepped and cooked food for weddings and events of up to 300 guests, sometimes 13 in a week
• Plated dishes and managed timing to keep large events running on schedule
• Set up dining rooms, ran cleanup, and kept everything sanitary and up to code

• Set up dining rooms and handled cleanup for weddings and special events
