I have about 5 years in the implementation field where I’ve focused on customer success and growth. I train and advise clients daily on best practices and strategies to get them acclimated with our software. I also have been able to create training programs for clients and employees, train new employees, and assist Product and Development teams with managing feature releases and bug fixes.
Currently working in the SaaS industry primarily focused on construction but have a history with veterinary management software. I pride myself with the ability to adapt quickly and efficiently to any industry I am in.
