In my current role as Production Manager at Ames Taping Tools, I lead daily operations for a facility with over 150 employees. I’ve implemented Lean initiatives that improved productivity, developed long-term resource plans, and increased finished goods inventory fivefold without increasing staff. My commitment to health and safety is evident in my role overseeing compliance and preventative measures, and I’ve successfully reduced turnover by 75%.

I also work cross-functionally with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure seamless production and alignment with corporate objectives.

I have over two decades of manufacturing experience and skills. I am looking to continue my journey and engage others in the manufacturing/production world.

I have my lean six sigma green belt. I have completed the ignite management training program.
