I have 30 plus years of manufacturing experience in the industries of Textile, Electrical, Food & Beverage, and Retail. I have started at entry-level positions and have taken the initiative to polish my skills and continued my education which has led me into the career of management. Throughout my manufacturing career I have held roles such as Operations Team Leader, Production Coordinator, Lean Coordinator, Production Management, and Plant Manager. I have successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management with an emphasis in Industrial Management and an MBA with an emphasis in Management and Operations.
I focus on company goals and objectives to fulfill customer requirements and needs. A team player with skills to organize, plan, and successfully execute projects before or by the demanding deadline. I completed my Bachelors in 15 months and continued my education to receive an MBA in 2 years. While I was continuing my education i did all of this while working full-time and taking care of the family household.
