I have over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 5 years in management, where I developed strong skills in leadership, operations, and team development. Most recently, I worked at Love & Salt from February 2022 to November 2024, overseeing staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. Alongside my work experience, I am pursuing a degree in Construction Management at Cal Poly Pomona, building on my proven leadership background to transition into the construction field.

I am currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management at Cal Poly Pomona, where I am gaining knowledge in project planning, scheduling, and construction practices.
