• Create 3D models/STL files in 3Shape from dental scans according to patient needs and anatomy, about 15-40 per day that become resin 3D prints, uploaded to be printed on Carbon 3D printers
- Update models as needed, organize patient scan files and meet product delivery deadlines, keeping in mind milling and 3D printing workflows
- Measure dental CAD models to ensure that upper and lower teeth are a safe distance from each other
- Assess 3D models from overseas workers, do quality control, troubleshoot and support them as needed
- Upload patient cases to track their places in product development, collaborate with senior designers to troubleshoot individual cases
- Assist with processing of 3D prints as needed-curing resin prints, cleaning build plates
