I have over 20 years of retail management experience in small business, including having owned a boutique. I have experience with POS systems, scheduling, budgeting, merchandising, and basic accounting. I am organized and goal-oriented. I rely on open lines of communication between my superiors as well as staff who report to me.
I have managed retail departments in fitness centers, tourist shopping destinations, tackle shops, and boutiques.
I do not have a degree in business, as I was I was an English major when I decided to become a stay-at-home mom to my children.
