I’m currently a ranch chef and I’ve been doing this for the past 11 years. My past experience I’ve worked at specialty food markets, such as central market, and Hubble and Hudson in The Woodlands , Texas, and also Eatzi’s marketing and bakery in the past. I’m proficient in prepared and to order . I have Run large kitchens serving up to 280 people with staff of 8 ppl 3 cooks . I can make a lot of preparations with planning and minimal staff to produce and provide great service. I’m looking for a company that has healthy animal husbandry values. I’m currently south of San Antonio but I’m willing to relocate. I have 29 1/2 years professional food service industry work from dishwasher to executive chef to fishmonger and meat sales. I love cooking and handling animal proteins. I cook with guidelines or creat and cook from food memory without recipes. I am a problem, solver and an independent person while also being a team player.
