I have 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I not only work face to face with customers booking hotel accommodations but I also run the call center where we book/make hotel reservations and accommodations for guests who are planning future stays with us. I oversee the bellman, the hotel front desk agents, the butlers, the call center agents and all management of these respected areas.
I have an associate degree in business administration from GCC in Gloucester county. I have been certified in Microsoft office along my career.
