Although i have worked as a Head Teller and Branch Operations Officer, for the last 10 yrs, I have interfaced frequently with customers, in addition to vendors and staff. This has instilled multi-dimensional communication skills and an ability to recognize , act upon, and fulfill customer wishes and needs in order to ensure their continued, and positive, relationship with the business.
In fact, in my most recent job as Head Teller/Acting Branch Operations Officer for Emirates Islamic, I received so many commendations, from customers, due to my ability to coordinate complex transactional problems, in order to keep customers happy even when issues arose that were beyond the control of the branch. Again, this involved not only managing operations but also communicating directly with customers. As a result, I believe my combined ability to successfully manage operations while also effectively interfacing with customers makes me a good candidate for customer service The key strengths that i possess for success in this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
I have worked mostly in major banks in UAE, the most recent is First Abu Dhabi Bank and Emirates Islamic from 2008 to 2021. I handled different roles starting from teller, then Head Teller, Acting Branch Operations Officer , and KYC Maker. I have had personal interactions with various customers with different cultures and personalities while dealing with their transactions.
I graduated Bachelor of Science in Economics at the University of the Phiippines in Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines on April 2, 1989.
