DIRECTOR LABOR RELATIONS
- Prepare and lead management team during negotiation processes, including strategy and recommendations for contract changes.
- Represent the company as 1st chair negotiator at all negotiations for existing collective bargaining agreements nationwide.
- Coordinate the implementation and execution of all newly negotiated CBAs or settlement agreements.
- Manage administration of 30 collective bargaining agreements, including interpretation, enforcement, training, and development.
- Advise Field Management on labor-related issues and provide support with grievances.
- Conduct 3rd step grievances: hold meetings, draft response letters, negotiate settlements, and compose said settlements.
- Partner with in-house and external legal counsel for arbitrations and matters relating to theNLRB.Negotiate new policies or changes with Unions as necessary and draft letters of understanding.
- Liaison between region staffs, shared services dept., and total rewards dept. to administer and resolve payroll and benefits issues.
- Provide support during organizing campaigns to prevent further growth of unionization within the organization.
