RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop and deliver Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects. Good understanding of client requirements & business challenges.
Experience in Developing and managing complex Email marketing campaigns in SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) individually.
Worked in Agile environment-based projects. Utilizing JIRA software for issue and bug tracking.
Documentation of functional requirements, technical design, solution testing, test case creation, etc. Hands-on experience with different SFMC modules like Email Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, data synchronization, user access, etc.
Designed and configured Journeys using activities within the Journey Builder and launched in production after thorough testing.
Good Knowledge in building IP Warming campaigns. Strong Communication & Presentation skills. Deployment of components through the deployment manager or package manager.
Hands-on knowledge in Postman & Winscp Tools.
