I am a highly motivated individual and I am always eager to learn new skills. Problem solving is one of my greatest strengths as I enjoy being presented with a problem that I may know nothing about then working my way towards a solution.
I received my BS in Computer Science in April 2023 and have since started graduate school pursuing an MS in Computer Systems and Software Design with a focus in Computer Security and Information assurance.
Currently I am looking for opportunities to apply my knowledge in the tech industry. Ideally I will spend my 2024 summer working as a cybersecurity intern.
Most of my related tech industry experience has come from earning my BS in Computer Science and being a Graduate Assistant for math and computer science. As a MS Computer Systems and Software design student, I am currently involved in university sponsored research on IoT devices and their protocols.
My BS in Computer Science taught me many necessary skills for the field of information technology. I have a strong coding foundation that I can apply in several languages: Java, C++, Python, Bash to name a few. My undergrad also equipped me with strong problem solving and team oriented communication skills which I am now further applying in my pursuit of a master's degree.
