My career is defined as being a Global Talent Acquisition Leader and Contributor with experience in Technical and Corporate/G&A Recruiting, as well as knowing quite a bit about the tools, resources, and business processes that make for a great candidate experience.
I am a passionate advocate for reducing friction within the hiring process for candidates and hiring teams alike, as well as for increasing opportunities for women and underrepresented people. I am an ally, a supporter, and a defender.
My sweet spot is growing start-ups and mid-sized companies (20-300 employees is about right) and also love organizations that have been able to grow past this size and still maintain an innovative, welcoming, startup culture. I love tech, global/decentralized teams, and opportunities that reshape human existence.
