Over the past 9 years I built, managed and grew the digital ad business at Wine Enthusiast from $800,000 annually to $5M in 2022. I know the steps, costs and timing involved in launching a digital advertising business as well as the pitfalls, mistakes and challenges that are part of the process. Over the years I’ve come to know many winemakers, marketers, PR people and media buyers at wine brands around the globe. In 2022 I earned my WSET Level 2 award.
Some highlights from my career in digital marketing and advertising sales include leading the iVillage.com advertising creative services team, co-authoring one of the first books on project management for the web* and being the General Manager for Conde Nast’s trade publications including Women’s Wear Daily where I transformed a 100 year old business newspaper into a multiplatform media company read by the global apparel industry daily.
I recently completed the WSET Level 2 course.
