Hello! I am looking to join a dynamic team who wants to work together to achieve company goals. I have an AS in business administration and 12 years of relevant experience.

As a dedicated people operations specialist, I have a strong track record of enhancing organizational effectiveness through strategic talent management and employee engagement initiatives. While working within the HR department for a multi-site aquatics team, I developed experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Over the last six years of working with a home health organization, I have successfully implemented programs that foster a positive workplace culture and improve retention rates.

While in this position I developed skills to help me thrive in fast paced and dynamic environments, leveraging my interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and support organizational goals.

I have an Associate of Science degree in business administration from Santa Monica College.
