’m a personable ESL teacher with more than 15 years experience. I am found of methods of teaching and in constant search of different techniques which will facilitate student’s gaining of language. As for me, students should learn how to self discipline and I give them the tips, and on the other hand they need understanding how to learn language successfully and I constantly provide to students with that too.

Also, I am a queen of motivation and the wizard of group games which make the learning path more enjoyable and effective. I have an extensive experience in teaching the methods of teaching to other ESL teachers for 3 years.

I see myself successful in building relations with people, in decision making and resolving arising problems.

• Voluntary Job: organized an ESL camp for 80 students 2 years in a row.
• Visited more that 80 workshops about language acquisition.
• Implemented different strategies of effective assessment.
• Conducted demonstrative lessons for peers.
• Worked with popular Cambridge and Oxford, McMillan, National Geographic manuals for ESL learning
• I was constantly searching and approbating different teaching methods like CLIL, TPR and Helen Doron, reading strategies and learning through games
• Worked using extensively Montessori method of teaching
• Trained Teachers how to use the American ‘Step by Step curriculum” for kindergarten and preschool stages, the program which emphasis an the child soft skills.
• Won a second place in the teacher contest In Ukraine.
• Worked as General Manager of the Private Kindergarten full time for three years.
• I successfully prepared more than 20 students to ESL state graduation assessment
