My name is Hana Urban and I currently work at JPMorgan Chase as a Relationship banker. I am a full time student at College of Marin, majoring in Business Administration to continue my education in the finance industry. I strive to become a Financial Advisor and further develop in my career long term. I am very driven to achieve my career aspirations, dedicate myself to a team and build strong client relationships, along with helping others reach their financial goals.
Currently, I am working as a RB at JPMorgan Chase. I am beginning the process to obtain my licenses - starting with my SIE, Series 63, Series 6, and Life Insurance License. Previously, I’ve been working as a Teller at the Wells Fargo branch in Novato.
I valued my experience at Wells Fargo greatly, from the outstanding leadership and mentorship, to learning about procedures and internal operations, building client relationships, satisfying customer expectations, and finding my own personal values in my ongoing career development. I was very fortunate to be able to learn and grow so much from each individual there. Before working at Wells Fargo, I worked at a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Skilled Nursing Facility and Assisted Living unit at Sequoia Living.
I worked in this role for about a year, eager to help people before realizing that I ultimately wanted to help people reach their financial goals. I’ve also worked in the food industry as a waitress and hostess during high school and my first year at community college since there was flexibility with my school schedule. While I am beyond grateful for all the opportunities I’ve worked towards, nothing has compared to my time at Wells Fargo.
I truly see myself establishing a long term career and relationship with Wells Fargo based on their values and incredible ability to exceed the expectations for clients and staff.
I am currently enrolled at College of Marin, majoring in Business Administration. I am taking four classes, mostly online to accommodate for a 9 to 5 work schedule. I graduated for Novato High School in 2023 and have been dedicated to excelling in my career while also balancing my education.
Other education I’ve had outside of school is getting my CNA certification, along with being BLS and CPR certified. I am focusing my education on establishing strong financial knowledge through licensing and additional certifications.
