Host, Server - Chili’s - Palm Springs

(2024-12)

Greets all the guests ensuring they are welcomed well, happy with their seats, and informs them of our rewards program MCRS(My Chili Rewards). I am able to control the floor while keeping a smooth rotation between my servers and bar. I can work under pressure and ensure every guest walks in and departs with a smile.

Server - Chili’s - Palm Springs

(2025-06)

I am able to greet guests in under a minute, make a warm welcome while offering drinks and appetizers. At Chilis we use iPads to take orders- I make sure that everything is put in correctly and assigned to the correct table. With larger parties I will ask if they preferred separate checks before taking the order to correctly break everything.

I make continuous rounds asking if all is good or if anything is needed. Drinks will always be refilled and salt and pepper if needed. I enjoy chatting with my tables and making sure they left better than they came in.

Front Desk - Palm Beach Fitness

(2023-06)

I have a lot of enthusiasm with everyone who comes in, ensuring a great workout! Our gym hosts Seasonal+ Summer Memberships, Dailys, and more. I help each person get their secured layout and direct them all the hydration/ towels they need. I enjoy giving tours and showing people how to use the equipment. I can manage my time efficiently while making sure everyone is checked in to the correct hotel or paired with the right PT.
