11+ years of experience in Problem, Release & Change Management, configuration Management in ITSM and Business Intelligence using Tableau.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining RFC's, Problems, and Incidents and make sure the processes adhere to Change/Release management standards for multiple Projects as per Technology Infrastructure Management (TIMS) in Service Now.
- Participate in meetings with Project Managers along with Program Manager to discuss the requirement for implementation.
- Participating in CAB calls to discuss about RFC on daily basis.
