I manage the necessary resources to lessen environmental liability at properties for our clients. I manage staff and contractors to complete drinking/ground water, soil and air sampling at many petroleum storage facilities in the New York and Connecticut area to comply with local regulations and regulators to close spill cases. In my years of experience.
I have participated in all the aspects of the associated tasks from writing proposals for remediation to establishing ongoing remediation budgets including drafting work plans and safety plans, conducting the site work, reporting and developing remedial strategies for each project.
I have over 17 years of experience primarily in environmental investigation and remediation at sites throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region, specializing in New York and
Connecticut. His additional experience includes due diligence investigations and environmental baseline assessments,
managing the environmental liability on a grander scale for more than 100 active remediation sites and, water supply projects. He has a history of working as a team with all parties including builders, architects, regulators, owners,
responsible parties, and other professionals involved to ensure each project is completed to attain the site goals.
Wherever possible, Mr. Sudwischer has employed site conceptual models and innovative technologies to streamline the path to site regulatory closure and permit approval.
