Hello! I am a pre-medical student hoping to gain some more experience in the medical field as I begin applying for medical school this upcoming application cycle. I have experience scribing in a clinic setting, volunteering with a street medical team and working with college students in a higher education setting.
I was a volunteer and scribe for Doctors Without Walls, a street medicine team, in Santa Barbara, CA, for almost three years and have worked professionally as an Assistant Resident Director and Conduct Officer for four years before returning to school.
I have just finished a Post Baccalaureate Program at UC Davis and earned my undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences (B.S.) with a minor in Black Studies at UC Santa Barbara.
