With a Bachelor's degree in Education and Teaching from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, I combine my skills as an educator and a coach to empower other educators to prioritize their health and resilience in my Educator Wellness Program. This program offers personalized guidance and resources tailored to the unique challenges and demands of the teaching profession. Fostering a culture of wellness among teachers contributes to a positive school environment that improves student outcomes through the well-being of those who educate them.
