During the pandemic my father contracted covid, and I spend time in the Netherlands to care for him. He passed away, and I spend the remaining time to handle the proceedings after his passing.
Due to the pandemic, I was unable to return to a sales position, and decided to apply my time to deliver groceries during lock down. I worked full time, approximately 80 hours a week. I had to stop working once my father contracted covid.
In charge of sales and external business development. Follow up on leads and phone inquiries. Calls to new leads and scheduling tours. Creating an initial inquiry visit plan for all prospects and referral sources.
All hands on deck in place for scheduled visits. In charge of community presentation, Tours, family meetings and move-in paperwork. Assuring all move-ins have appropriate TB placement and correct FL2 documentation 72 hours prior to move-in.
External business development. In house monthly professional meetings. Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports including marketing plans and Competitive analysis. Ordering collateral, and promotional items.

In charge of move-ins with a 80 resident capacity, including assisted and memory care. Awareness of medicaid as well as private pay admissions. Conducting assessments for appropriate placement. Keeping up with new leads and referrals from hospitals and skilled nursing facilities.
