Enthusiastic and detail-oriented Art History graduate whose extensive curatorial experience in museums and galleries has primed her for a position as a curatorial assistant. I have worked in galleries and museums as a curatorial assistant or intern, gaining many valuable skills in curatorial planning, exhibition coordination, and project management. Most recently I worked at the Smith College Museum of Art, and before then, at the prestigious Tanya Bonakdar Gallery in New York City.
I recently graduated Cum Laude with High Honors in Art History from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts. I wrote a thesis on contemporary Latin American performance art entitled, “Carlos Martiel As/Against the Posthuman: Subaltern Corporeal Realities.”
